Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Manager (General): Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST).
Assistant Manager (Legal): Bachelor’s degree in Law with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST).
Assistant Manager (HR): Graduation with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST) and Post Graduation in HRM/Personnel Management.
Assistant Manager (Engineering): B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Aeronautical/Marine/Mechanical/Electrical with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST).
Assistant Manager (IT): B.E/B.Tech in relevant IT or Computer Science-related fields with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST). OR Any Graduate with MCA with 60% (General/OBC) or 55% (SC/ST).
Assistant Manager (Actuary): Graduation with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST) and passed 7 papers of the Institute of Actuaries Society of India or equivalent.
Assistant Manager (Insurance): Graduation with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST) and Post Graduate in General Insurance/Risk Management.
Assistant Manager (Medical): MBBS with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST) and registered with the Indian Medical Association.
Assistant Manager (Finance): B.Com with 60% marks (General/OBC) or 55% marks (SC/ST) from a recognized university.
