Educational Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications for the various posts:

Management Trainee (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil): First Class Bachelor's Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in the respective engineering discipline or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
Management Trainee (Cyber Security): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science/Information Technology.
Management Trainee (Chemical): Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Management Trainee (Business Development): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with MBA (Marketing/Sales & Marketing).
Management Trainee (Public Relations): MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, or Mass Communication.
Management Trainee (Finance): Pass in CA, ICWAI, or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance.
Management Trainee (Human Resources): MBA or Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management.
Management Trainee (Official Language): MA in Hindi/English with a PG Diploma in Translation.
AM (Legal): LLB from a recognized law school/university.
SM/DGM (Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 27 years
