Educational Qualification
- CEO: Graduation in Agriculture/Agriculture Marketing/Agri Business/BBA or equivalent. Professionals with 10+2 and a Diploma in Agriculture/Agri Business Management are also eligible. Minimum 1 year of experience working with farmers at the grassroots level is required.
- Accountant-cum-MIS Incharge: 10+2 with Mathematics or Commerce/Accountancy background. Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
- Village Resource Person (VRP): 8th Pass from a recognized board. Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
- Matron: Graduation from a recognized university.
