Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Graduate in Agriculture/Agri-Business/BBA or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ year in a relevant field (preferably working with farmers).
Accountant cum MIS
- 10+2 with Mathematics or Commerce background.
- Experience: 1+ year in accounting.
Jogana Sahayak
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Age Limit
- CEO: 21 - 38 years
- Accountant: 18 - 32 years
- Jogana Sahayak: 21 - 35 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 yrs), OBC (3 yrs), PwD (15 yrs)
Salary Structure
- CEO: ₹25,000/month
- Accountant: ₹10,000/month
- Jogana Sahayak: ₹8,000/month
